Turaco Treetops is Kibale Forest’ newest semi-luxe lodge. A Vision Made Real
One of the most incredible features of this lodge is that when you are in your cottage, you feel like you’re outside, in the middle of the jungle, even though you may be standing barefoot in your living room, sipping a mug of coffee after just stepping out of a hot shower. Oasis in the jungle
My stay at Turaco Treetops was incredible! You are right in the middle of the Kibale rainforest. Birds, monkeys and thousands of butterflies surround your private cabin. The staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and the chef cooks healthy and delicious food. This is a precious treat in the midst of nature.
An amazing place to stay
We arrived with a group of six tourists in this beautiful lodge on July13th. Wow...We could not believe our eyes. This is paradise ! There is an amazing swimming pool, an incredible view on the forest and a wonderful restaurant. Kids can play in the kid's corner while parents are enjoying their refreshing beers or something stronger.... The staff is always very kind and helpful. This lodge guarantees you a super stay in the pearl of Africa! Do not hesitate and book right now! You won't regret it! What a perfect stay! Thanks to the staff for your hospitality.

Very relaxing and comfortable. Hot showers, nice pool. Right next to the forest. Our family relaxed by the pool. Staff were very friendly! Had a wonderful forest walk and heard the chimps in the distance. Will need to go again soon.
Fabulous Ugandan utopia
The trip to Turaco Treetops teases you with a few glimpses of what awaits upon your arrival. You arrive at a pleasant visitor center just below the lodge. Staff are there to greet you with warm smiles and luggage assistance. Be sure to have your camera and head on a swivel to enjoy the colorful birds, flowers, lodge, pool and accommodations. The bungalows are well appointed with great views. The staff and food are wonderful. Everything is top notch! Enjoy!

Oasis of pure peaceful forest relaxation
My experience at Turaco was super nice. From the moment we got there and the way we were received on arrival it was very welcoming. The rooms are nestled in the middle of the forest and it is super clean, warm, very spacious huge balcony, and quiet. If you are looking for peace and quiet. Need to rejuvenate away from the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the place to visit. It is not far from the main road so you don't need a 4x4 to access it. The owners are super nice and welcoming too. They interacted with all the guests every single day. I would recommend this place to anyone any day. Thanks Turaco Treetops.

We just returned from a 13-day safari in Uganda and Turaco Treetops was hands down the best lodge we stayed at. Our room/cottage was completely secluded by the jungle, and we could spot birds and monkeys from the balcony. The "jungle immersion" is just fabulous. Food is good and service excellent.

I really can't say enough about how wonderful this stay is. I have lived in Uganda for nearly 25 years, and I have stayed in many wonderful lodges. This one is an instant favorite thanks to enchanting, comfortable cottages and decks (in the treetops), excellent management, stunning views, and delicious food (not at all easy to achieve in these locations--consider recruiting professional staff members, power challenges, supply-chains, "nature," etc.).
